职责:
（１）Assist the technical transferring and process detail development for Nantong AI Project
（２）Coordinate the process and process related design with CDI.
（３）Leading or providing technical support to commissioning and start-up
（４）Keep the technical consistency after start-up
（５）Well understand the proposed chemical process philosophy within agreed time
（６）Working actively and effectively during the front end design and risk assessment
（７）Working closely with both Syngenta foreign experts and CDI engineers, and taking appropriate actions to implement Syngenta IP protection policy.
（８）Deliver high quality design results timely for shared process segment via appropriate coordination with CDI's engineers.
（９）Complement the commissioning & start-up plan and procedures in time
（10）Implement the commissioning & star –up training plan to operation team.
（11）Lead/support the commissioning and start-up successfully; and proper outputs – completed faithful records and documents – shall be delivered
要求：
Critical Knowledge:
（1）Master or Bachelor degree in Engineering, major in Chemical/Chemical Industry or relevant.
（2）Knowledge of China national and ministerial chemical industry related engineering compliance & regulations
Critical Skills:
（1）Chemical process related calculation and design
（2）Technical document preparation
（3）Good English and communication skill
（4）Chemical materials hazards and chemical process risks identification
（5）Team leading
（6）Good coordination skill
Critical Experience:
（1）Fine chemical process development/design/design coordination.
（2）Fine chemical facilities commissioning and start-up
（3）More than 5 years working experience in foreign-owned or join venture chemical company in technical or/and production
（4）Working with foreign technical personnel as team more than 2 years
（5）Production management (experience of materials and resources organization/scheduling for production/commissioning)
（6）Stuff training and development
（7）Working experience on detail technical/operational documentation/procedures preparation and reviewing
