职责范围：
-- Responsible for the software architecture design, database structure analysis and design, hardware architecture design, system modules interface definition and design.
-- Responsible for understanding technology changes and recommend usage of appropriate tools and techniques to improve productivity and product quality
-- Responsible for performance and scalability aspects of defined architecture
-- Close communication with Global Platform engineering and Global Advanced System engineering to leverage standard GE platforms, tools and methodology.
-- Work with upstream marketing across the region to understand customer needs and translate it to system requirement specification.
-- Work closely with LPI, LSD and LSI to drive NPI ahead with high quality
-- Work with System Engineering team (Clinical Analysts and V&V) to address product usage issues
职责要求：
-- Engineering Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology is preferred
-- 7+ years system/software engineering work experience in enterprise product development.
-- Object oriented system/software design & programming experience in J2SE, J2EE, AWT and Swing
-- Development experience on Windows and Linux server environment
-- Experience in leading IT hardware/software solution design
-- Proven experience in DB design on My SQL, SQL server or Oracle.
-- Exposure to Hardware RAID technology, network communication protocol and WLAN tech.
-- Trouble shooting skills in large software systems
-- Good spoken and written communication skills in English
-- At least 10 years system/software development experience
-- Master DB Cluster on MySQL, Oracle or MS SQL server database
-- Master hardware server cluster tech and Storage matrix
-- Knowledge of HL7 and related clinical knowledge
-- Strong cross functional and cross country communication ability
