Job Description:
Customer Management
- Understand the customer needs/requirement: Technical, System, Human.
- Prepare and pilot the meetings on the customer premises or within Valeo
- Communicate with the customer using the customer language (documents, specific terms, procedures…)
APU/Customer incidents management
- Identify clearly (facts) the internal or external customer problem and alert
- Lead the problem analysis: understand the defect mode (gemba)
- Lead the efficient problem solving and APU securization until incident is closed.
- Keep the sorting as well as associated cost under control
Manage the litigation, invoicing and parts return following a customer incident
- Control and clear all customer invoices
- Control and manage all litigation and customer returns following an incident
P0 Quality validation
- Manage all quality tasks during a modification (product or process) during product life.
Team work
- Work in a team with other departments on various problem solving
Personal Requirement:
Degree in Engineering
Native language: Chinese. Fluent in English, French is a plus.
Experience in production and/or customer quality in the high volume industry, Automotive industry is a plus (5 years minimum)
