主要工作职责：
-培训芯片制造部作业员按照SOP进行正确的工艺操作
-在工艺工程师的指导下执行工艺控制
-在工艺工程师的授权下处理生产异常批次
-在工艺工程师的指导下进行DOE等工艺试验
-帮助工艺工程师收集生产异常分析所需的在线工艺数据
-在工艺工程师的指导下执行SPC管制
-协助工艺工程师减少工艺变异量、提升工艺能力和降低成本
-协助工艺工程师在工业安全和员工健康方面改善工作环境
知识背景：
必须：
-大学本科毕业，主修电子、材料或机械
-能熟练使用微软Office办公软件
-具英文读、写、听、说能力
优先：
-了解半导体基础知识
-家在无锡
-具良好中、英文沟通能力
-有晶圆厂工作经历

MAJOR SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Train wafer Fab operator to follow SOP to implement correct process.
-Implement and help maintain process controls under direction from wafer Fab process engineer.
-Disposition scrap and nonconforming lots under authority from wafer Fab process engineer.
-Perform DOE’s and other tests under direction from wafer Fab process engineer.
-Help wafer Fab process engineer to collect in-line process data for non-conformal analysis.
-Implement wafer Fab SPC system under direction from wafer Fab process engineer.
-Help wafer Fab process engineer to reduce process variation, increase process capacity and cost saving, as strategy requires.
-Help wafer Fab process engineer to improve the health and safety of the work environment.
Required:
-University Graduate, major in electronics, materials or mechanics
-Familiar with Microsoft’s office software using.
-English for reading, speaking and listening
Preferred:
-Knowing semiconductor basis
-Local Family in Wuxi
-Good English/Chinese communication skill is excellent
-Wafer Fab work experience
