要求：
1. BS or above in mechanical engineering or relative. 具有机械相关专业的本科以上学历。
2. Minimum 3 years working experiences in design or technical department of machinery companies. 在机械行业技术部门有至少5年以上的工作经验。
3. Have solid mechnical knowledge and design experience in related products. 对相关产品具有坚实的机械知识和设计经验。
4. Have creative thinking for new products designs.对新产品设计具有创新意识。
5. Excellent team work.具有良好的团队精神。
6. Good written and spoken English，especially oral English. 具有良好的英语听说读写能力，尤其是英语口语
