Job Description:
1.Monitor &improve the quality of casting work though:
- perform the quality tests required by procedure, analyze the results, and is sue report & recommendations(including to give the green light for next step process or for delivery to machining workshop)
-propose to Quality tests which are fund needed to solve quality problem,analyze the results,and issue report & recommendations
- continuously observe machining process to detect deviation and propose improvement
2.provide foundry/casting/Aluminium expertise under request by Quality Manager
3.Participate in writing procedure/instruction for casting workshop
4.participate in defining the quality tests & procedure to be applied in casting workshop
Requirements:
1.Engineer Degree ,major in mechanical/metallic material;
2.At least 3 years experience in quality control of Aluminium foundry/metal industry sector is mandatory;
3.Good command of both spoken and written English ,good command of office computer software skills;
4.strong Personality, intelligent, responsible,good organization and hard working.
Remark:
After on board ,the candidate will be sent to the HAL, Germany for training.
