Essential Duties & Responsibilities基本工作职责:
• All duties to reflect the need for the highest quality at the minimum cost and highest availability

• Review customer specification, and related information to develop the proper proposal for a customer’s requests that will meet the project requirement.
了解客户需要的产品规格和相关信息，提出满足客户项目要求的适当的产品建议。
• Assist the sales department in presenting the proposal to potential customers and clarify technical details as required
协助销售部门将产品建议提供给潜在客户并对技术细节进行说明。
• Translate the customer specification and or order into clearly defined requirements that can be processed through the operations departments through the creation of Bills of material, drawings and associated specifications in the form of engineering releases
将客户的规格和/或订单转化成清晰明确的要求，使其他部门能根据工程部发出的表格明确采购的物料、图纸和相关规格。
• Perform engineering design as required for the creation of new parts and assemblies and the improvement of existing parts
执行分配的工程设计，创造新的零部件和装配并改进现有的零部件。
• Work with manufacturing personnel to insure manufacturability and to resolve fabrication and assembly difficulties
与生产部人员合作以确保产品生产并解决产品构造和装配难题。
• Work with purchasing personnel and vendors on purchased components availability and help to resolve difficulties
与采购人员和供应商就采购的零部件进行合作并帮助解决难题。
• Create and maintain necessary drawings per established guidelines
根据既定的指导方针，绘制并保留必要的图纸。
• Furnish drawings and customer manuals to customer as requested on project recaps
根据项目摘要上的要求将图纸和用户手册提供给客户。
• Participate in customer meetings and material test, as required
根据要求参加客户会议和物料测试。
• Participate in start-up or service calls at customer location as required
根据要求到客户指定的地点提供设备调试启动或维修服务。
• Maintain confidentiality of all required information

Education and/or Experience学历和/或工作经验要求:
• University degree in engineering
本科，工程相关专业
• Very good English language skills both written and spoken required
熟练的英语书写和口头表达能力
• Three years working experience required in the pneumatic conveying industry required.

Technical Skills/Knowledge专业技能/知识:
• General knowledge of engineering and manufacturing processes
有工厂和生产进程方面的常识
• Familiarity with personal computer, various software

• Working knowledge of mechanical codes and safety standards.

• Experience with power transmission, stress analysis, metallurgy, plastics, is a PLUS

• Must be able to travel both domestic and international when required.
