Production Planning section:
- Consolidation of MPS and SIOP.
- Check the feasibility of the production plan.
- Check the needed resources (supplier capacity / internal capacity).
- Follow up the production daily with production department.
- Daily rescheduling of backorders.
Material Planning section:
- Execute of Material Plan from MRP.
- Place SA (Scheduling Agreement) to suppliers according to Material Plans.
- Ensure material supplied at 5Rs (Right time / Right quantity / Right quality / Right price /Right place)
- Monitor the inventory for the total stock (RM,WIP,FG)
- Prompt respond against any change of material demand and supply.
Profile:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering & Logistics.
- 3+ years working experience in Production Control, Material Plan or relevant position.
- Good capability of planning, organization and follow-up.
- Good experience in MRP/ERP is a must. SAP experience is preferred.
Good sense of Logic and Mathematics.
Self-motivation, Quick action, and be able to work under high stress.
- Fluency in English.
