Job Description
-(Local) project leader of project(s) according to valid responsibility matrix.
-Identify and analyze customer requirement in regard technical specification and commercial conditions for customer projects.
-Support project leader in the project handling and follow-up according to product evolution process (PEP).
-Coordination of project related tasks with involved departments define in the project team chart.
-Preparation of internal project documentation, support preparation of presentation for business opportunity meeting and project evaluation committee meetings.
-Identify business opportunities with Chinese Diesel manufacturers.
-Support project acquisition of projects with electronically governed Diesel injection systems.
-Introduce new products and product updates in the customers and identify measures to maintain customer satisfaction.
-Improve relationship with OEM customers and identify measures to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualification Requirements
-Education Background: Master or bachelor degree in engineering Preferably major in automotive technology or IC engine.
-Language: command of the English language in verbal communication and writing. Basic German knowledge advantageous
-Ability to integrate in an internal project team and willingness to work customer-oriented
-Good communication skills.
-Leadership skills for role as (local) project leader.
