Department：麻醉机业务部
职责要求：
•3+ years experience developing mechanical/pneumatic systems a must;
•Direct experience writing design specifications, designing mechanical and
•pneumatic systems, writing validation and test protocols， as well as testing
•products to design specifications. Skillfull of CAD, Pro/e, etc;
•Experience in electromechanical and electro pneumatic components such as valves and sensors is a preferred;
•FMEA/FTA analysis;
•Experience working with suppliers and production personnel in setting up and maintaining the production of a medical product;
•Experience in developing medical products is preferred, but not a must;
•Excellent English communications (verbal and written) skills a must;
•Able to work independently and contribute ideas in a global team;
•4 year engineering degree or higher.
职责范围：
•Design mechanical structure and components and pneumatic systems/components as required for new products development;
•Identify cost and feature reduction opportunities to better match market needs while maintaining required safety features;
•Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement alternative designs for released products while maintaining the safety required in life support equipment;
•Originates and drive design changes to improve manufacturing process;
•Resolves installed base(released products) complaints and quality issues, address underlying issues preventively, address end of life issues with parts;
•Communicate to suppliers for mould design and parts outsourcing with solid knowledge in metal fabrication and plastic molding as well as material characteristics.
