Supplier Development Manager 供应商开发经理
Responsibilities :
--Manage supplier process development task
--Rsponsible for process development, launch planning
--Lead the effort for problem solving in the design and manufacturing
--Provide purchasing support to improve supplier quality and delivery
--Provide training and assistance to implement new technologies
Requirements:
--Degree in Mechanical Engineering
--10 years minimum experience in Supplier Development, Quality / Process Audits, Quality and
Product Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Process Control, Operations
Management and Supply Chain Management
--Strong ability in organization, quality, product and process trouble-shooting and project
management
--Knowledge of Quality Assurance, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control and Lean
Manufacturing
--Excellent communication skills, can negotiate with client or supplier effectively
--Bilingual, English and Mandarin, good writing, reading and oral communication capability
--Retired Person with abundant industrial experience is also welcomed.
