职位描述
1. To handle customer complaints and returns,cooperate with each line to review and verify the corrective actions and follow up it’s effectiveness(F)
2.To act as an interface between factory, business unit, customer for any special Q issues like product release,Special release,,Stop of delivery,line transfer,change project etc(F)
3. Weekly report to management regarding the process audit findings and analysis,follow up result,customer complaints,change projects,SPC and OQA rej.pareto analysis,material and reliability rej. Weekly report the deviations in line and actions taken.(F)
4.Cooperate with production for the improvement project and promote the quality tools and Q awareness .(P)
5.Support Q equipment set up and maintenance(P)
6.Document review for the Q procedure,line process spec and control plan change..
7. Drive Quality Improvement Project to achieve Automotive standard
任职要求
1.Minimum 3 years experience QE or PE or Reliability dept and familiar with ISO9000.
2.Degree of Engineering
3. Good communication skills and person impression and product knowledge background.
4. Positive mindset, sufficient quality management desire and capability.
5. Primary management skill and brotherhood.
6. Able to communicate in spoken and written English.
7. Smoothly use computer to analysis data and initiate reports/presentation.
