4.培养防火,防灾人员，建立完整的防灾体系
5.维持良好的沟通，建立良好的团队
任职要求
1.三年以上保安工作经验，其中1年以上管理岗位经验；
2.熟悉消防用具操作和消防安全流程，退伍军人优先；
3.踏实勤奋，愿意与企业共同长足发展；
