Job Responsibilities:
Collecting and assaying competitive feed enzyme samples
Analyzing of feed enzyme product samples from customers and revalidating product enzyme activities
Analyzing enzyme activities in feed samples as a part of technical services
Inputting assay data in DAN assay database as well as reporting results to DAN sales team and customers
Training of distributors and key customers in enzyme assay technique
Produce assay reports and present technical papers related to assay and enzymology
Requirements:
Master's degree in biochemistry, enzymology, animal nutrition or fermentation sciences
Good command of Chinese and English
Proficient in Statistical analysis and use of statistical software
Good computer skills.
Good personality and ability to work as a team.
Analytical thinking and capable of working with minimum supervision.
Effective time management.
Knowledge of feed science or nutrition an added advantage.
