· Performs professional HR and Administration management functions, including recruitment, hiring, training, promotion, compensation, career development, termination and etc.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures for the Company's business goals and to ensure fairness, effectiveness and value-adding services
· Identify and recruit various positions as assigned in order to meet the Company's manpower requirements
· Responsible for the setting up and maintenance of efficient and systematic processes to facilitate HR administration and database management
· Research and establish the company's pay structure, develop the competitive compensation and benefit plan
· Manages recruiting and employee training programs
· Participate in company's reorganization
· Take charge of company's layoff when necessary
· Manage day-to-day operation to ensure the company is well facilitated in order to provide a high efficient working environment
-At least 5 years working experience in HR field, including staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations & communication, HR projects and other workforce
-Experience in multinational manufacturing company is essential
-Professional knowledge of labor law & related HR government regulations in China
