Sourcing Supervisor
Location:WuXi, Jiangsu province
Brief description of responsibilities
•制定货源策略，识别和开发潜在供应商To develop sourcing strategy, identify and develop potential suppliers.
•管理国产化和双货源项目 To lead localization and second source projects
•主持商务谈判以达到公司的采购节省目标To lead the commercial negotiation with suppliers to hit the cost saving target
•全面管理供应商，比如维护产能，对其进行业绩评估并实施相应改进 To manage suppliers such as their capacity, carry out performance measurement and take action for improvement as necessary
•风险及符合性管理 Risk and compliance management such S-OX
•建立有效的采购系统 Establish effective and robust purchasing systems
