Main Responsibilities include:
The role of the On-site Security System Administrator is to provide excellent customer maintenance and services to specific customer group (mainly multinational company or international organization clients), enhance security products and systems usage, and enable clients to derive maximum benefit from the ICD Security Systems. This position partners with the client’s security team that programs are in line with the client's strategic needs and ensures client satisfaction. You will work on client’s site / office and have a deep understanding of the client’s security expectations.
- Provide high quality, value added, and 100% customer satisfactory service solutions involving operation
and maintenance of multi-vendor systems solutions as well as operating systems.
- Optimizes hardware/software/network products and configurations at customer sites.
- Pererrorforms security management system as Operator/Administrator role on site.
- Completed all necessary external and internal timely and accurate professional reports.
- Troubleshoot operation and maintenance problems with high efficiency and solution focused.
- Ensures customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance and configurations,
which may impact product pererrorformance.
- Proactively responds to potential equipment issues to prevent unplanned interruption of customers' business.
- Delivers (does not design) fully integrated solutions, which may include peripherals, communications,
operating systems and applications software.
- Continuously upgrade knowledge and technology of security system and services.
- Full time work on assigned customer sites and timely come back ICD office to participate
training sessions as required.

Requirements:
- Mature and professional image in personal aspects and communications.
- Bachelor engineering degree, major in Electronic, Computer Science, Automation engineering…etc or equivalent.
- More than 2 years experience in customer services institution: security, IT, electronics, automatics or related fields.
- Excellent English writing and reading skills, proficiency with English speaking desired. - Candidates with good oral language skill of Japanese and korean are preferred.
- Professional computer hardware, software, WAN/LAN, database, and MS Office skills.
- Strong customer service sense and skills as demonstrated by an ability to anticipate and meet customer needs.
- Previous experience with security products and systems a definite advantage.
- Effectiveness, efficiency and results orientation.
- Proven ability to build relationships with clients, users and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize and deliver quality results in a time sensitive environment.

职位要求:
-本科以上学历,本科学历优先，专业以电子类、计算机科学、自动化工程和机械工程类专业为优先。
-成熟、专业的外在形象和沟通技巧。
-2年以上安防、IT、电子或自动化领域相关的客户服务工作经历者优先。
-良好的计算机硬软件技术, WAN/LAN, 和微软办公操作系统使用 技能。
-具备良好的服务意识、积极主动、自律。
-有一定安防的产品和系统经验者优先。
-有效率的，有成效的，一切以结果为导向的工作态度。
-良好的的团队合作精神。
-良好的英文书写和阅读能力，能够进行基本口语沟通优先。-具备日语或韩语口语能力者，将被优先考虑。
-能立刻到岗优先。
