工作内容：
1. Participate or lead the preparation, examination, approval and implementation of the proposal for important MOC, upgrading to the system
负责不同级别的变更管理， 熟悉工艺，在必要时对工艺提出改进计划
2. Assist GCM to examine and check the proposal, progress and carry-out to new or progress projects
协助工厂经理对在建项目及新项目的建议及进程进行跟踪监督及检查。
3. Systematically analysis to the running status for existed system, perform trouble shooting, root cause analysis an PRA etc,
分析系统的运行状态， 找出问题的根本原因及对系统进行风险评估；
4. Responsible for the spread and implementation of IMS System, especially GT part
负责工业管理体系的执行。
要求：
1.化工或低温专业本科以上学历
2.至少3-5年空分经验， 熟悉空分的工艺流程。
3.较强的分析判断能力
4．较强的学习能力
4.英文良好；
