职位描述:
Job deerrorscription / Mission
1.Appraise supplier QA and QC system and classify the supplier quality level.
2.Check and approval the QCP for the supply product.
3.Responsible for supplier Process audits to guarantee it in accordance with QCP.
4.Work with Engineering department to carry out the sample release procedure.
5.Work with supplier to analyze, identify the root cause, take actions to correct and prevent similar issues recurrence.
6.Collect the supply parts defects in the factory and make the statistic.
7.Follow the corrective action in supplier side and help the supplier to make the continuous improvement.
8.Exam quality level and propose PPM targets for supplier.
9.Follow the quality agreement and warranty agreement with supplier.
Experience Requirements
At least 3 years supplier quality audit and development experiences in machinery industry,
preferably in turbine or compressor manufacturing industry.
Experience with inspection and test planning
Knowledge / Educational requirements
1. Be familiar with various cold machining processes.
2. Understand material specifications.
3. Good command of ISO 9001 quality management system, familiar with FMEA, Control Plan, etc.
4. knowledge of casting
5. University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Personality requirements
1. Proactive and be able to work under pressure.
2. Good teamplayer
3. Good oral and written in English.
4. Use basic software (office) skillfully.
5. Fluent business trip is a must
