Responsibilities:
1. Supports Day 1 production launch off by recruiting and training team members;
2. Establish world-class PQVC standard for team members by doing things right at the first time;
3. Owns and sets the overall goals for the responsible line, with overall responsibility for PQVC pererrorformance of the line(s);
4. Owns the continuous Improvement process, making sure new ideas are generated, worked and implemented, and any roadblocks are eliminated.
5. Initiates and conducts Process Improvement dialogs with Team Leaders and Team Members;
6. Develops detailed daily errorarea production plans;
7. Owns the accuracy and reviews timeliness of recorded process data;
8. Pererrorforms safety/ waste walks to audit safety behavior,5S and housekeeping, quality and MQ12005, standard work, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness(OEE) to drive the 8 wastes out.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate from technological academy at least;
2. Worked as a team leader or supervisor over 3 years;
3. Can read and write in English well;
4. Good communication and teamwork
