职位描述:
Job Responsibility
1. Accounts payables, three way match; VAT verification; vendor payment review.
2. Takes related with accounts receivable, e. g communicate with customers regarding accounts reconciliation and payment schedule.
3. Cancel and verification of foreign exchange for export sales.
4. Ensure related SOX and internal control process and maintenance.
5. Inter-company accounts reconciliation ensure quality of monthly closing &reporting of related function accounting process lean initiatives.
6. Other ad hoc tasks assigned by leaders.
Qualifications:
1. Above 2 years of experience in foreign invested manufacturing company accounting department USA companies preferred.
2. Good knowledge of accounts payables, accounting receivable and foreign exchange management.
3. Good knowledge of SOX and internal control.
4. Good English skills, ERP experience with main stream systems.
