Essential Functions:1.Design and continuous improve the value stream to shorten the lead time and reduce the headcount2.Set up and continuous improve the standard work to ensure the best quality and highest work efficiency3.Set up and maintain the work instruction to errorformalize the operation.4.Organize the operator training 5.Make the line balance with the capacity plan. 6.Design and continuous improve the fixture and tools7.Design and optimize the material flow for WIP and finished goods8.Take care of the production environment to meet the safe and health requirementFor the new product, be responsible for the trial production and make the line readyQualifications:1.University degree in Mechanical, electrical or Industry engineering2.Solid background in lean manufacture3.Good knowledge in production organization and process improvement 4.At least 3 years relevant working experience is required5.Fluent in English (speaking and writing)6.Good computer skill (MS Office, CAD)7.Strong personality and team spirit
