职位描述:
Main Responsibility:
1.Coordinate and implement the HR related issues, such as headcount planning and recruiting, employment variance management, employee training, pererrorformance appraisal, Compensation & Benefit, employee relations, salary and compensation within PSM China Regions, which includes Wuxi, Suzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and Tianjin).
2.Supervise regional HR personnel to ensure the HR compliance.
3.Conduct continuous study and review of all HR policies, programs & practices fulfill the standard of relevant labor law and legal regulations.
4.Prepare periodic reports to HR Director as requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment and identify the variance by analyzing the HR pererrorformance index.
5.Assist HR director to finalize the annual budget and prepare the forecast for all HR related items.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree, with the knowledge of Human Resource management is preferable.
2.8 years or above working experiences in HR field, and at least two years occupied as a management level position. Experience in manufacturing industry is an advantage.
3.Good command of English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
4.Familiar with China Employment Contract Law and relevant labor law and regulations.
5.Good relationship with local labor authorities.
6.Good interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
7.Result-oriented, can work under pressure, positive thinking.
