职位描述:
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
1.Lead / participate quality related CI projects to continuously improve vendors 'quality
2.Work with plant QA departments to set up the vendors' management system / quality improvement plan and responsible for implementation.
3.Drive/participate the key suppliers' quality management system set-up and continuous improvement.
4.Promote new quality improvement tools for better vendor management
5.Provide the timely statistics reports to the management and constructive suggestions as well.
6.Lead/involve in the quality related new projects as quality system setup, new vendor Qualification
7.Drive, support and participate in the EHS culture creation, comply with and execute related EHS regulations
8.Compliance with company ethics policy and other regulations and related EHS, quality policy.Quality responsibility
9.Take good communication and cooperation with related department.
1.Bachelor and plus , major in mechanical
2.At least 5 years related working experience on vendor management
3.?Familiar with work related standards , such as ISO9000, TS16949
?Familiar with vendor management process, understand the pressure vessel system .
?Expert with quality tools/process as six sigma, PPAP & APQP .etc
hands-on , strong communication skill, quick learner, expert on project management and capable to drive the change management
?Fluent in English.
